Return & Refund Policy

Return Period:

  • We have 30 days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Condition of Items:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags.
  • The return must be initiated with 30 days of delivery.

Return Cost:

  • Good news — returns at Astore are completely free. Whether your item is defective, not what you expected, or sent in error, or being exchanged. we cover all return costs.

 

Refunds:

  • Your refund will be sent back to your original payment method used at checkout, after we receive and review your item. 
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for processing once the return has processed.

 

How to Start a Return: 

To begin a return, please email us at support@astores.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return. If your request is approved, we’ll send you a return label and you can ship the item back to us.

Defective or Incorrect Items: 

  • Although each bag goes through a quality check before it leaves our warehouse, mistakes can happen — and if they do, we’ll take care of it. In most cases, you won’t need to return the item. If your order arrives damaged, defective, has a noticeable odor, or isn’t the item you ordered, please reach out to our support team within 7 days of delivery and include a clear photo of the problem. We’ll review it quickly and arrange a new order.

 

Order Change/Cancellation:

  • We dispatch orders quickly to ensure fast shipping. We can only guarantee changes or cancellations within 8 hour of placing your order. After that time, the order will already be shipped and can’t be changed OR cancelled. If you need to cancel after that time, please wait until it arrives and then follow our return process.
