How can I track my order?
You can track your order using the tracking number and link provided in your order fulfillment email. This email is sent to the address you used when placing your order.
Are your bags genuine leather?
Material is listed on each product page. Many styles use premium vegan leather unless stated otherwise on product listing
Colors look slightly different—why?
Lighting and screen settings can change how colors appear. We try to match real colors as closely as possible.
How long does shipping take?
Our processing time is 1-2 days. Our estimated shipping times is 2 to 4 days. Our total delivery time is between 3-6 days.
What’s your return/exchange policy?
We accept return or exchange within 30 days of delivery if unused, with tags & original packaging.
How do I care for my bag?
Wipe with a soft damp cloth, avoid harsh cleaners/perfume spill, store in a dust bag, and keep away from direct heat/sun.
Can I change/cancel my order?
Contact us via e-mail within 8 hours of placing the order. Dispatched orders can’t be changed.
Item arrived damaged or incorrect—what now?
We thoroughly inspect each bag before it ships, but on the rare occasion something isn’t perfect, we’ll take care of it—If your order arrives with a defect, damage, an unusual odor, or you receive an item you didn’t order, please reach out to our support team within 7 days of delivery and include a clear photo of the issue. Astore will cover all charges including shipping charges. Once we review it, we’ll quickly send a replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.
